HISTORY: 2005 IBA World Tour Final Rankings

HISTORY: 2005 IBA World Tour Final Rankings

The 2005 IBA (International Bodyboarding Association) World Tour holds historic significance for several reasons.  This season saw Ben Player (Australia) win the first of his three (3) Men's world titles.  2005, also, saw Dave Hubbard (Hawaii) claim the first of his six (6) Drop Knee world titles.  Then, in what may very well be the most important piece of history from the 2005 season, Kira Llewellyn (Australia) became the first non-Brazilian to win the Women's world title in bodyboarding history.  Listed below is a rundown of the final rankings for the 2005 Men's World Tour (MWT), Women's World Tour (WWT), and Drop Knee World Tour (DKWT).
